Job Title: Engineering Technical Specialist
Location: Renton, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide technical integration and ownership of tools, processes, risk management systems, and visibility enhancements for our client’s engineering teams. Our team is dedicated to supporting engineering change processes and improving business systems that drive impactful decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to evaluate impacts and constraints affecting product development and processes.
- Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics to meet organizational requirements and support business needs.
- Collaborate with managers, engineers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance systems and implement best practices.
- Guide training and provide subject matter expertise in process utilization, tool adoption, and integration of engineering designs.
Required:
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Three or more years of experience in customer support.
- Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years of related work, or a Master’s degree plus 8 years’ related work, or 14 years’ related experience in lieu of degree.
