Job Title: Quality Control Senior Specialist
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and deployment of advanced digital tools and data solutions supporting the Quality Control (QC) laboratory. Our team partners directly with subject matter experts to analyze laboratory workflows and deliver impactful digital innovations that drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate independently with QC and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and define technical solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain integrated digital tools, including SharePoint-based trackers, Power Automate workflows, SQL/Databricks data pipelines, and Power BI dashboards.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline manual processes such as data collection, reporting, and notifications, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation, provide training materials, and communicate progress, risks, and key deliverables to leadership and stakeholders.
Required:
- Extensive experience with SQL and Databricks, specifically building scalable solutions within enterprise data environments.
- Advanced digital tool development skills across Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and SharePoint, with a demonstrated ability to deliver solutions independently.
- Strong understanding of, or prior experience working with, QC data, workflows, and laboratory processes to enable rapid onboarding and value delivery.
- Meets one of the following education/experience thresholds: Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; Associate degree and 10 years of experience; or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience.
