Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Develop and document user stories to support the objectives of the marketing organization.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage project deliverables and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to facilitate the successful completion of initiatives.
Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in a business systems analysis or similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking and collaboration.
- Demonstrated technical writing ability, particularly in documenting user stories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
