Job Title: Project Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic project management professional to drive execution of critical multi-year initiatives supporting account teams in a highly visible organizational transformation. Our team focuses on operationalizing future partnership models and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business growth across complex, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate day-to-day project activities, including onboarding, schedule management, deliverable tracking, and integrated workbacks across multiple teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment and execution of initiatives by partnering with leadership and teams from sales, product, and marketing.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready communications and updates, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and maintaining momentum with stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations to support long-term strategic partnership frameworks.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic project management focused on product releases, marketing, or business growth initiatives.
- Experience in a major consulting or Big 4 accounting firm environment and supporting Fortune 500 accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in building schedules, horizontal team coordination, and introducing net new tools or approaches to project management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in project or program management within highly matrixed, cross-functional sectors.
