Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support risk mitigation initiatives through process improvement and technology integration. Our team is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency by leveraging modern platforms and data-driven practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing AI technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform current state and future state process modeling, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to manage traceability and project scope.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and proficiency with Jira.
- Strong technical acumen, including SQL and data modeling capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
