Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Merritt Island, Florida (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee dynamic construction projects involving rapid deployment of temporary structures. Our team relies on an individual who can navigate fast-paced environments while managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end construction activities, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure all design requirements and specifications are met throughout project execution.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors, overseeing their scope, performance, and change order processes.
- Monitor project budgets, identify cost variances early, and communicate status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience focused on construction, facilities, or structures.
- Proven track record managing vendors, subcontractors, and change orders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage accelerated timelines and multiple concurrent work streams.
