Job Title: Corporate Services Buyer
Location: Merritt Island, Florida (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement professional to drive corporate services and indirect spend strategies that support business-critical operations. Our team values strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex sourcing, negotiation, and contract processes while ensuring quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct suppliers and teammates to execute corporate services and indirect spend categories, ensuring that operational needs are met.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal/Requests for Quote; perform price analyses and develop negotiation strategies for corporate services and indirect goods.
- Construct and oversee various contracting types, including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and long-range procurement agreements to support major procurement activities.
- Lead the identification, implementation, negotiation, execution, and management of strategic agreements across corporate services categories such as professional services, consulting, marketing, travel, and contingent labor.
Required:
- Experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably within corporate services or indirect categories.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), with proven experience negotiating and managing contract types including Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, and service-based agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, prioritize workload, and balance priorities in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in establishing and tracking procurement metrics; excellent people and communication abilities.
