Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: San Francisco, California (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead organizational change initiatives within a marketing-focused environment. Our team relies on this role to help drive culture change, enhance workforce capability, and ensure effective transformation delivery across marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute activities designed to drive sustainable performance improvements by supporting leadership and teams through change initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate findings, and present actionable recommendations to project teams and senior leaders.
  • Advise leadership teams on challenges related to organizational development and change management to support successful project rollouts.
  • Collaborate on the development and delivery of communications, change strategies, and plans tailored for marketing organizations and tools.

Required:

  • At least 6 years of experience in leading organizational change management focused on culture transformation and workforce capability building.
  • Proven background in conducting organizational readiness assessments and presenting detailed summaries to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, change management, and the development and delivery of communications related to transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in or with a marketing organization, ideally with familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Zeta.
