Responsibilities:
- Define project requirements, identify interdependencies, and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track the progress and performance of programs, delivering regular reports to leadership.
- Develop communications for internal and external audiences and support effective change management.
- Participate in leadership meetings to address organizational barriers and recommend process improvements for efficient decision-making.
Required:
- Proficiency in project management within high-velocity environments.
- Strong ability to balance rapid timelines with uncompromising safety and quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing and tracking performance across multiple projects.
- Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
