Job Title: Senior Sales Partner
Location: New York, New York (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to lead revenue strategy and execution for combat sports programming. Our team is focused on establishing and expanding direct relationships with brands aligned to the combat sports industry for maximum market impact.
Responsibilities:
- Establish new client relationships with brands and advertisers engaged in combat sports.
- Drive sales process by formulating clear strategy, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and maximizing revenue during tight, fast-moving event sales windows.
- Ensure alignment and accountability across functional teams for combat sports events.
- Educate clients and partners by packaging and pitching sponsorships and sophisticated integrations alongside sales partners.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in combat sports revenue, ad sales strategy, or monetization.
- Proven track record of owning and driving combat sports revenue within the United States and Canada (UCAN).
- Deep understanding of the US/CA TV/CTV ecosystem, focusing on how major HoldCos and top-400 spenders value premium combat sports inventory.
- Established, senior-level relationships across UCAN major HoldCos and brands to unlock pre-allocated budgets during short sales windows.
