Job Title: Color Design
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a pivotal role that drives seasonal direction work in basketball footwear. Our team is committed to creating compelling new color theories and supporting the footwear expression team in delivering innovative designs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seasonal color design and direction for basketball apparel.
- Present design concepts to internal and external partners, showcasing strong visual and verbal presentation skills.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of design intent and prototypes.
- Translate consumer insights into thoughtful narratives and graphic storytelling, enhancing product appeal.
Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong foundation and knowledge of textiles, with proficiency in Photoshop, Miro, CLO 3D, and Vizcom.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to excel under tight deadlines.
- Degree preferred in graphic design, fashion design, industrial design, apparel design, material design, textile design, or a related field.
