Job Title: Compensation Specialist
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a compensation-focused position supporting global people and culture initiatives. Our team is committed to delivering competitive reward strategies that drive business objectives across the US and UK.
Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing review and development of global market benchmarking strategies and Market Reference Points.
- Assist with managing recognition processes and platforms, including administrative duties as needed.
- Provide analysis and metrics to HR Business Partners and US business managers to encourage effective reward practices.
- Contribute to compensation and budget surveys, reporting, and data analytics in support of organizational objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation planning tools, including familiarity with SuccessFactors.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills for effective data analysis.
