Job Title: Compliance Privacy Project Analyst – Mid-Level
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized professional to support privacy and data protection operations for a global organization. Our team values strong administrative, communication, and project coordination skills to help drive compliance initiatives forward.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intake, review, and tracking of global data subject requests, coordinating responses and collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Oversee administration of global privacy mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of inquiries and escalation to appropriate team members as needed.
- Maintain and update privacy-related standard operating procedures, templates, and knowledge base resources in support of ongoing privacy and compliance projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT Security, and Risk Assurance, participating in meetings, gathering information, and tracking project progress to support privacy program objectives.
Required:
- 5–10 years’ experience in a legal administrative or compliance support role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft platform technologies, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
