Job Title: Life Sciences Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support global Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) strategy and patient experience data study management for the organization. Our team values expertise in clinical trials operations, vendor management, and effective communication across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of global Clinical Outcomes Assessment strategy under guidance for assigned assets and indications.
- Partner with clinical management and sourcing to coordinate licensing, translation, validation, and rater training for COAs used in clinical trials.
- Manage external vendor relationships, project timelines, deliverables, and facilitate user acceptability testing for electronic COA systems.
- Represent the COA function and communicate study plans, methodologies, and results to internal and external teams, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of clinical development, regulatory requirements for clinical trials, Clinical Outcome Assessment, and patient experience data.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners in patient-focused drug development.
- At least 5 years of expertise in operations and management of COAs in clinical trials and e-clinical systems, with prior experience in industry, CROs, or eCOA vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (outcomes research, health services research, epidemiology, public health, community health, or related fields); master’s degree preferred.
