Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced individual to guide and manage complex construction projects from planning through execution. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction initiatives.
- Lead and direct project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Monitor site progress and quality with regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, such as contracts, reports, and drawings, while communicating project status with clients and stakeholders.
Required:
- Prior aerial construction experience is essential.
- Proven ability to lead and manage construction project teams.
- Experience developing and managing construction project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Understanding of compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
