Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Fresno, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to oversee multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery excellence and consistent client satisfaction. Our team values strong project leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial construction management projects including tenant improvements, office space, and facility upgrades, with frequent client interaction.
- Travel to job sites and offices bi-weekly, coordinating activities and maintaining schedules, manage travel and accommodations as needed.
- Lead project teams through the design process, facilitating meetings and maintaining a professional corporate presence using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project management principles and best practices.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or mechanical), architecture, construction management, or a related field, PMP or CCM certification accepted in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Experience in commercial construction management (not residential or retail), including design exposure and client-facing responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to conduct video calls, and demonstrated corporate presence.
