Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dynamic professional to lead strategic sourcing initiatives within the Research & Development sector. We focus on aligning sourcing strategies with business needs while ensuring compliance and driving cost savings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and financial goals.
- Oversee key supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and processes through effective communication and training.
- Drive savings and execute high-impact sourcing activities with cross-functional teams.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sciences, or relevant technical expertise.
- Demonstrated strategic sourcing experience within Pharmaceutical or Biotech R&D categories.
- Experience in executing R&D sourcing projects and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Strong sourcing expertise and ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders and suppliers.
