Job Title: Application Operations Manager
Location: Montvale, New Jersey (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end support and operations for a complex application portfolio, with a particular emphasis on agentic and AI-native solutions. Our team values innovation in operational practices and drives excellence in stakeholder communication and technical service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee application support operations for both traditional and AI-native applications, ensuring timely ticket triage, troubleshooting, and resolution for multi-agent workflows.
  • Drive the adoption of agentic operations, implementing AI-assisted triage, diagnostics, self-healing actions, and automated communications while maintaining compliance with enterprise controls and reliability standards.
  • Continuously improve support processes by increasing automation and self-healing, enhancing proactive monitoring and anomaly detection, and advancing documentation and AI-augmented knowledge management.
  • Maintain strong collaboration among business stakeholders, engineering, SRE, platform, vendor teams, and others on Azure performance, AI service stability, observability, release management, and change coordination.

Required:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in application support, production operations, or technical service management, with at least three years in a leadership or manager role.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture, monitoring, and operational tooling, including AI-enabled services such as ASE platform, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, .NET, and IIS/Windows based environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and scale AI-assisted support models, balancing automation with human oversight.
