Location: El Segundo, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support procurement operations for indirect goods and services. Our team relies on this position to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of software services, IT/ET hardware, and SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities for software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, IT/ET hardware, and related professional services.
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value while managing risk.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on specifications and timelines.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience with a demonstrated focus on indirect categories.
- Hands-on experience sourcing software services, IT/ET hardware, and SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar.
