Job Title: Fixture Specialist – Data Entry
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team in supporting the planning and execution of fixture orders for major retail projects. Our team plays a key role in ensuring accurate data entry, timely project delivery, and effective communication between internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical data, site plans, and surveys to determine fixture needs and create purchase orders for remodels and special projects.
- Partner with Construction, Store Planning, Operations, contractors, vendors, and transportation teams to coordinate fixture ordering, shipping, and installation.
- Serve as the primary contact for contractors and project managers, ensuring clear communication, timely processing of requests, and resolution of installation inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in the Fixture ordering system and troubleshoot Oracle invoice issues, ensuring projects remain within budget parameters.
Required:
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience working in a corporate environment with strong data entry skills.
- Ability to create and troubleshoot purchase orders in Oracle.
