Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to support essential material and logistics needs within a dynamic operations environment. Our team values proactive communication, timely coordination, and strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support material and logistical operations to meet site requirements.
- Coordinate closely with onsite teams, external customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent communication and prompt issue resolution throughout all logistical processes.
- Align daily activities with operational requirements to achieve organizational goals.
Required:
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Minimum of 1 year of supply chain experience.
- At least 3 years of warehouse inventory experience.
