Job Title: Platform Product Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team, focusing on building and scaling secure, trusted community platforms. Our team delivers impactful, data-driven solutions that ensure the safety and confidence of users across global digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional groups of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations, and policy experts to align and execute critical initiatives in the trust and safety domain.
- Maintain the product backlog and roadmap, prioritize solutions based on business value and customer impact, and set measurable objectives and key results.
- Develop and scale platform capabilities using machine learning and AI technologies to defend against fraud, abuse, and unwanted activities while fostering rapid deployment and governance.
- Partner with operations, policy, legal, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure enforcement systems are accurate, explainable, effective, and aligned with stakeholder outcomes.
Required:
- 5+ years of product management experience in security, trust, safety, risk, payments, or fraud.
- Prior experience building machine learning products and managing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated skills in design and hypothesis-driven product development, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with modern AI systems, including foundation models, model fine-tuning, RAG architectures, agentic systems, model serving, and AI observability.
