Job Title: Product Development Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Development Engineer. Our team is dedicated to enhancing product excellence and innovation in the footwear industry, ensuring that athletes receive the best possible products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for overseas partners, ensuring clear and accurate communication throughout the development process.
- Facilitate meetings, drive consensus, and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Identify and suggest cost-effective solutions to enhance product development and manufacturing processes.
Required:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or development role, with a strong preference for footwear experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated logical thinking abilities and a self-starter mindset.
- Experience in project management, problem-solving, and applying creative solutions.
