Job Title: Regulatory Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to drive regulatory product launches and workflow execution across global jurisdictions. Our team works collaboratively to ensure successful outcomes for stakeholders, with a focus on operational excellence and host experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and launch of regulatory products and workflow initiatives, supporting ongoing compliance management.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Customer Support teams to achieve project objectives and ensure alignment across key stakeholders.
- Establish operational processes and rhythms, maintain project documentation, and manage internal communications to keep initiatives on track.
- Handle internal and external inquiries, manage escalations, and advocate for the host experience throughout regulatory lifecycles.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, product operations, program or project management within dynamic and highly ambiguous environments.
- Strong alignment with the company’s values and high ethical standards.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment with teams including engineering, legal, policy, and business.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality assurance.
