Job Title: Employee Data Management Specialist
Location: Hazelwood, Missouri (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional to manage and process a diverse range of union-related Human Resources transactions. Our team values strong collaboration and in-depth HR systems expertise to ensure accurate handling of requests adhering to established policies and collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and process complex union-related HR requests and tickets, ensuring compliance with CBAs, seniority rules, and union policies.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for union transactions, audits, escalations, and support across HR systems including Workday and related tools.
  • Coordinate large volume transaction processing and interface with Labor Relations, Union Representatives, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams to ensure consistent policy interpretation.
  • Audit and update HR system transaction activities, respond to customer inquiries through ServiceNow, and provide clear explanations of HR business processes and policies.

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
  • Experience collaborating with Labor Relations or within a unionized environment.
  • Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) plus 6 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s degree plus 4 years, or 10 years' related work experience).
  • Successful completion of required training, which may include on-the-job or formal classroom instruction, as a contingency of the assignment.
