Job Title: Oracle Cloud Test Lead
Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage end-to-end testing initiatives for major Oracle Cloud transformation programs. Our team focuses on delivering comprehensive test strategies, ensuring quality across ERP, HCM, and Field Service solutions during critical digital transformations.
Responsibilities:
- Define test plans, schedules, and manage the development of test cases, entry/exit criteria, and execution of testing events.
- Oversee conference room pilots, system integration testing, and manage test execution including defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
- Coordinate effectively with functional, technical, integration, and data teams, ensuring traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects.
- Oversee data validation, payroll comparison, and reconciliation activities, establishing governance for test sign-offs and readiness criteria.
Required:
- Minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems (preferred, not required).
- Strong experience with multiple software development methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
- Prior experience leading at least two full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
