Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Long Beach, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to join our team supporting digital engineering services for a high-impact aerospace program. Our team focuses on driving technical, schedule, and financial excellence throughout the project lifecycle in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive project execution across technical, schedule, and financial baselines for digital engineering initiatives.
- Coordinate hardware, software development tasks, and data analytics services between internal teams and governmental customers.
- Ensure high performance, quality, cost control, and timely delivery of products and services.
- Foster customer satisfaction and success through leadership and clear communication during all project phases.
Required:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in project management within US Government, Aerospace, and/or Department of Defense projects.
- Proven history of managing projects across all stages, including proposals, development, qualification, and customer support.
- Expertise in subsystem design, requirement allocation, and technical supplier management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across system, hardware, and software architectures.
