Job Title: Data Solution Architect
Location: Mesa, Arizona (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in developing innovative solutions for engineering and technology initiatives. Our team enables the advancement of aerospace through deployment and improvement of engineering standards and process specifications across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with tools and materials resources to refine and enhance baseline ontology and data models for process specifications.
- Survey a broad array of process specifications to assess and standardize content, adapting refactoring requirements appropriately.
- Partner with technical teams to expand ontology and capture requirements from multiple document sections, including flag notes and tables.
- Work closely with IT teams to develop and provide requirements for tools enabling authoring and content management of refactored data.
Required:
- Education/experience acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor) with at least 9 years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD+4 years, Master+7 years, or 13 years’ related work experience).
- Familiarity with engineering data and foundational understanding of engineering lifecycle, specifically process specifications.
- Proficiency in structured representations of knowledge, including conceptual object models and physical data models.
- Expertise in Extensible Markup Language (XML), Resource Description Framework (RDF), and graph databases.
