Job Title: Junior Product Owner
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to support enterprise-scale AI adoption and delivery, working closely with business and technical teams to drive meaningful transformation across collaboration platforms. Our team values proactive communication and analytical thinking as we coordinate initiatives from intake through implementation to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
- Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization for AI and business application scenarios across collaboration platforms
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, features, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage backlog, dependencies, and assist with release planning activities
- Contribute to engagement, adoption, and rollout efforts by coordinating pilot programs and outcome tracking with stakeholders
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and user stories
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or comparable enterprise tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
