Job Title: Experience Designer Sr
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is dedicated to transforming complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs throughout the entire experience lifecycle. We lead the discovery of customer and business needs through innovative research methods, setting the design direction and strategy to enhance usability and align with shifting customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries and research.
- Uncover customer latent needs and create a vision to meet those needs.
- Communicate initiatives and products through user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes.
- Establish research methods and strategies, conduct studies, and present findings to inform customer experience improvements.
Required:
- 4-6 years of related experience in digital user experience and agile web development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in developing complex user interfaces and working between Product Owners/Managers and Development staff.
- Previous experience in banking, investment, or financial institutions for at least 3 years.
