Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated professionals to support clinical distribution operations within a highly regulated environment. Our team enables the accurate and timely distribution of clinical materials, directly impacting the delivery of life-changing products and advancing operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, review, pack, and prepare clinical materials for shipment in compliance with GMP and SOP requirements.
- Execute inventory and shipment transactions using SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with planners and requestors on order fulfillment, staging outbound shipments, and resolving operational issues.
- Support projects focused on process improvement, safety initiatives, and accurate material documentation within the warehouse environment.
Required:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of work or military experience, or associate’s degree with 6 months of work or military experience.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and strict adherence to SOP compliance in daily activities.
- Experience in clinical supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations, including material handling.
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet.
