Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team and contribute to production stability through process analysis and continuous improvement. Our team focuses on documenting time standards, observing build processes, and enhancing routine operations using lean methodologies to help drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Document time standards and production processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance to daily schedules, observe build sequences, and recommend improvements using lean methodologies.
- Collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting teams to reduce safety and ergonomic risks.
- Identify quality defect trends, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to improve cost and flow.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business-related curriculum such as Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
- Ability to crouch, be semi-mobile, walk, and climb stairs while performing duties throughout the day.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong skills in effective time management, communication, and organizational abilities.
