Job Title: Social Media Manager (all Organic social)
Location: Culver City, California (Fully Remote)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a key player in shaping the social media landscape for artists. Our team is dedicated to empowering artists and their teams through innovative social media strategies and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Create, copywrite, and adapt content for social media platforms including Instagram, Threads, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the Social Team and Songwriter and Publishing Partnerships team to strategize and publish daily social media posts.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Provide editing oversight and optimize assets for global music program campaigns.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in Organic social media management and content creation.
- Experience working in the streaming platform industry and experience working with artists
- Proven ability to concept and adapt content across various formats including written, video, and social media.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and the cultural zeitgeist.
- Experience managing social content for high-profile individuals, capturing and adapting to distinct personal voices.
