Job Title: Junior IT Security Analyst
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan cybersecurity training offerings to maximize engagement and learning outcomes.
- Support communication efforts with champions and stakeholders by disseminating program updates, announcements, and event information.
- Develop resources and documentation—such as training pathways, onboarding materials, and SharePoint content—to ensure accessibility and consistency across the program.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants, track achievements, report on program effectiveness, and promote ongoing training opportunities using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
Required:
- 1-5 years of IT Analyst experience; cybersecurity exposure preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel required.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously both independently and within a team.
