Job Title: Financial Analyst – Mid-Level
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering impactful business intelligence solutions and supporting large-scale reporting initiatives. Our team drives data-driven decision-making by enhancing the reporting infrastructure and transforming analytical processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain relational databases and scalable reporting datasets, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, manage large-scale data transformations, and enhance query performance through best practices in data modeling and indexing.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that deliver actionable business insights across various functional areas.
- Lead ETL processes, automate recurring workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into end-to-end reporting solutions.
Required:
- 5–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance, or operations analytics roles, with advanced hands-on SQL development skills.
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining relational databases, strong SQL query optimization, and proven success with data transformation and ETL process management.
- Advanced Power BI proficiency, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization, with expertise in developing scalable BI solutions.
- Strong understanding of scalable data architecture, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of independently delivering impactful data and reporting solutions in enterprise-level environments.
