Job Title: Lead UI Developer
Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to drive frontend technical direction for a dynamic team supporting revenue initiatives. Our team values technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for delivering outstanding user experience and accessibility across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural decisions, standards, and best practices across frontend teams.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Backend teams to shape requirements, API strategy, and user experience.
- Own accessibility and UX quality while setting standards for frontend testing, performance, deployment, and operational readiness.
- Mentor and guide other frontend engineers to promote technical excellence and alignment.
Required:
- Expert-level frontend engineering skills with proven experience in architectural direction.
- Experience with micro frontends and strong API/domain modeling collaboration abilities.
- Leadership in frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience.
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment, and environment strategy for frontend platforms.
