Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Industrial Engineers. Our team focuses on enhancing production stability and implementing lean methodologies to optimize the flow of products and people. This position plays a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support factory operations through capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
- Engage in recovery planning and perform detailed analytics and time studies.
- Utilize root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-support teams to enhance process efficiency.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field.
- 2 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.
- 1 or more years of experience in defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with experience in work measurement and problem-solving.
