Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and maintain backend systems powering a leading e-commerce marketplace. Our team values strong technical collaboration and a proactive approach to engineering excellence across robust and scalable digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
- Design, implement, and document APIs for use by engineering teams and third-party integrations.
- Guide architectural design discussions and provide technical direction for backend systems.
- Develop and support Airflow data pipelines using Python for both real-time and batch processing needs.
Required:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in backend engineering roles.
- At least 3 years writing production code in Go (Golang).
- Demonstrated experience designing and operating distributed systems on GCP or a similar cloud platform.
- Proven ability to design and maintain REST and gRPC APIs, with hands-on experience with Airflow and message streaming platforms like Kafka.
