Job Title: Service Resource Planner
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to efficiently coordinate and manage daily scheduling and resource planning activities. Our team values strong communication abilities and a customer service mindset to ensure seamless operational continuity and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize daily schedules for service resources, ensuring efficient allocation and timely dispatch while supporting operational continuity.
  • Coordinate with service teams to address scheduling conflicts or changes and ensure effective utilization of resources and prompt service delivery.
  • Document records of customer interactions and resource activity, maintaining clear communication with customers, managers, and team members.
  • Perform administrative support functions, including processing service orders, registering indirect activities, procuring service parts, and escalating issues for resolution as needed.

Required:

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain past experience in detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience in documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
