Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented contributor to support requirements implementation, quality engineering checks, and problem report (PRS) support. Our team drives vital validation and verification work for a major project, ensuring effective end-to-end requirements management and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform impact analysis for requirement changes and PRS updates.
- Manage and track Problem Reports, ensuring proper prioritization, resolution, and closure.
- Establish and enforce requirements structure, attributes, and linking strategies, including parent-child relationships and PRS linkage.
- Develop and maintain DOORS modules while collaborating with systems, design, test, and certification teams to align requirements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and typically 6 or more years of related work experience, or Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting validation and verification work involving requirements management processes.
- Basic tools proficiency, with database experience.
