Job Title: Medical Information Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We seek an experienced professional to support the provision of regulated medical, scientific, and technical information related to pharmaceutical products. Our team is committed to upholding the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and service quality in all medical information interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, document, and respond to written medical information requests from healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Develop, update, and maintain medical information resources, including standard response documents, FAQs, and email templates for unsolicited inquiries.
- Perform quality review of case documentation and recorded calls to ensure response accuracy and compliance with safety and product quality requirements.
- Provide product and process training to internal and external customers, and support interdepartmental projects as needed.
Required:
- Pharmacist credentials (PharmD or RPh) required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience performing pharmaceutical/biotech medical information activities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical information, pharmacovigilance/adverse event, and product quality complaint case reporting.
