Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Ridley Park, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead integrated product teams focused on analyzing product development and delivering advanced manufacturability solutions. Our team values expertise in optimizing manufacturing plans and ensuring technical excellence across all stages of the build process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated product teams in analyzing product development, conducting complex producibility studies, and establishing production and tooling philosophies.
- Coordinate and implement conceptual designs while managing program architecture for manufacturing execution.
- Develop manufacturing plans, oversee their optimization, and conduct advanced variation analyses to ensure process capability matches requirements.
- Serve as project manager to ensure integration and maintenance of contract requirements, specifications, design criteria, and schedule performance.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited course of study.
- 9 or more years of relevant technical work experience, or equivalent combinations (PhD plus 4 years, Master’s plus 7 years).
- Experience leading advanced design solutions and supporting research for new product or business opportunities.
- Ability to resolve complex technical problems and deploy Lean Enterprise analysis methods.
