Job Title: Senior Ad Ops Specialist
Location: Los Angeles CA OR New York – Hybrid – onsite Tues-Thurs
Job Summary: Our team is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Ad Ops Specialist to drive and scale campaign execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. We focus on innovation and efficiency, ensuring the seamless rollout of products and optimization of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling monthly quality and efficiency metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage day-to-day campaign issues with vendors and handle technical escalations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate and streamline tasks.
- Support live event launches and maintain updated training documentation.
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in Ad Tech or Ad Operations, supporting various teams.
- Proficiency in campaign trafficking, quality control, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with linear-based advertising and dynamic ad insertion.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple regions and time zones.
