Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Walnut Creek, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery efforts and help ensure exceptional results for clients. Our team is looking for a professional who can manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting high-quality outcomes across every stage of the work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Monitor progress to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Build strong client relationships while guiding project teams toward successful outcomes.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
