Job Title: Store Operations Specialist – Mid-level
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a role that supports store operations and field teams across IT system projects affecting stores. Our team is seeking someone who can help coordinate operational changes, support testing and process improvements, and act as a key liaison between IT and store/field operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support store and field operations across IT system projects that impact stores.
  • Coordinate assessments, design, development, pilot activities, implementation, and evaluation of systems with cross-functional project teams.
  • Provide problem-solving, procedural, and technical support for store associates, management, and field management across store systems.
  • Prepare and present data, complete end-user testing, support ROI business case work, and participate in ongoing project meetings.

Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience in retail management or a technology/systems background.
  • Experience providing problem-solving, procedural, and technical support for store associates, including POS, Cash Office, Inventory Management, Markdowns, and other Back Office systems.
  • Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint experience.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards and Canva.
