Job Title: Procurement / Sourcing Specialist
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a role focused on coordinating the safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials and equipment across project activities. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help keep shipments, documentation, and supplier communication aligned to schedule and quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation for materials, fabricated equipment, and project components.
- Issue Release to Ship documentation and verify supplier readiness.
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and provide timely updates to project teams.
- Manage logistics documentation, shipment logs, packing slips, and delivery confirmations.
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
- Understanding of freight scheduling and trucking operations.
- Experience with digital workflow tools, including Excel; Aconex and Oracle are preferred.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
