Job Title: Market Research Program Manager
Location: Princeton, New Jersey (On-site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a dynamic organization seeking a strategic market insights professional to lead research efforts that inform pipeline, prelaunch, and inline product decisions. Our team is looking for someone who can translate primary and secondary research into clear, actionable business insights while working effectively across commercial and analytical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality market research projects that support business decision-making.
- Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research to generate actionable insights for commercial teams.
- Partner cross-functionally on strategic and analytical initiatives and contribute to vendor management.
- Support executive-level discussions by presenting findings with clarity, confidence, and subject matter expertise.
Required:
- 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analytics, insights, forecasting, or consulting position.
- Experience working with secondary market research data, including prescription data, patient-level data, sales data, and payer data.
- Experience integrating primary and secondary data into synthesized information and insights.
- Experience working with third-party data such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, or other claims and EMR data systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in a quantitative field is highly desired, including Public Health, Statistics, Management Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or Economics.
