Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization to find an experienced professional who can drive organizational change management and communications across technology initiatives. Our team is looking for someone who can build effective enablement plans, support stakeholder alignment, and help teams successfully adopt new processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute communication and enablement plans.
- Meet with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and deliverables.
- Draft, review, and send content related to the change plan.
- Analyze feedback, identify potential disruptions, and recommend updates to the change strategy.
Required:
- Demonstrated change management skills, including developing actionable and targeted communication and enablement plans.
- Ability to solve problems, understand complex situations, and offer practical directions and solutions.
- Ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
