Job Title: GTM Analyst
Location: Beachwood, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are working with a leading organization seeking a GTM Analyst to support import compliance, duty drawback, and value reconciliation activities across its Americas businesses. This position plays an important role in strengthening compliance processes, improving data consistency, and helping centralize reporting and trade management practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform value reconciliation using the Eaton GTM Master Tracker spreadsheet, including relevant value adjustments for each site.
- Develop and deploy compliance processes and procedures across business units in coordination with internal teams and external resources.
- Support the duty drawback process by coordinating training, requirements, reporting, and claim-related documentation.
- Partner with business operations, SCM, and Finance teams to assess impacts related to value reconciliation, drawback opportunities, and compliance reporting.
Required:
- 5–9 years of trade management and trade regulations experience.
- 5–7 years of direct import and/or export compliance experience in a major corporation, service company, or law firm.
- Working knowledge of import trade regulations, duty minimization programs, valuation, recordkeeping, and auditing requirements.
- Experience with rules of origin across more than one free trade agreement, data analytics, ERP processes, Microsoft Excel audit formulas, HTS, FTA knowledge, and audit/assessment procedures.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and team-building skills; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Undergraduate degree preferred; fluent English required.
