Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Columbus, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic focused on keeping facilities operating smoothly through hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Our team is looking for someone who can contribute to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment support while working independently and alongside other technical staff when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, and support the ongoing operation of facility equipment.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment across assigned facilities.
- Perform general interior maintenance tasks, including HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance, minor plumbing repairs, painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies when on call and complete tasks in line with safe storage, usage, and disposal requirements for hazardous materials.
Required:
- Valid state driver’s license required and must be maintained.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving are required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, are required.
- Tools will be provided for the assigned work scope.
